LLC TechnoService provides hot-tapping and plugging services (without shutdown) with the following parameters:

• Pipeline diameters range from Dn50 to Dn1400;
• Pressure up to 100 bar;
• Tie-ins via 3-way tees;
• Tie-ins via 3-way tees with simultaneous plugging operationand isolation of the main pipeline via tie-in tees;
• Double position stopple with size-on-size bypass;
• Double position stopple with reduced diameter bypass line;
• Tie-ins via a valve.

Using a hot-tapping and plugging method, the company may perform the following operations without shutdown of pipeline (without pressure reduction and shutting down of consumers and the main pipeline):

• Replacement of a defective pipe section;
• Cutting out and replacement of a defective line valve;
• Replacement of a bypass valve (e.g., DN300 on a DN1400 valve station);
• Connection of a new consumer / well cluster / field;
• And many other process tasks without affecting scheduled supply of oil, gas, condensate or other product on the livepipeline.

Hot-tapping and plugging of pressurized pipelines allows for on-line repair of pipelines, installation of valves or branches without shutting down product transportation.

Works are performed by trained employees of LLC TechnoService who have a broad experience of performing hot tapping operations using specialized equipment properly maintained in accordance with all manufacturer's standards and in compliance with all relevant safety measures within the shortest time period.
